Get The Junk Out My Trunk | Detoxifying Spray
Get The Junk Out My Trunk is inspired by the grapefruit diets of the 1970s. I've had many customers recount losing weight with those diets, but eating nothing but grapefruit and protein for extended periods was an unhealthy/bitter experience for many women.
Get The Junk Out My Trunk uses Pink Grapefruit essential oil. Grapefruit helps remove toxins and excess water. Get the Junk Out My Trunk blend also has subtleties of fennel and cypress. Fennel is also helpful in removing toxins and excess water. A touch of Cypress is added for its drying and deodorizing properties.
Pink Grapefruit is one of the best mood-lifting oils. Citrus is amazing in that it wakes you up and calms you down simultaneously. We often suggest it for daytime stress. Daytime is very often when most of your stress hits you, and you don't want to be sedated at 11 a.m. In the evening people unwind with lavender, whisky, wine, weed, or other sedating things - and that's good for after work - but we suggest you hit the citrus during the day.
