Our Return Policy (a.k.a. The Scent-Back Guarantee)

We want you to love what you sniff. But if your nose isn’t quite sold, here’s how returns work:

• Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase.

• You cover the return shipping (hey, we’re small but mighty—not Amazon).

• Once your product makes it back to our little warehouse, we’ll add $5 in store credit to your account—our way of saying thanks for giving it a whirl.

• From there, we’ll either refund the cost of the product or do an even exchange, depending on what you prefer.

That’s it—no scented runarounds. Just straight-up good vibes and fair policies.
