Distilled Water, Alcohol, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Essential Oils of Dark Aged Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) and Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi)

For best aromatherapy and mindfulness results, spray several times into cupped hands, place hands tightly over nose and mouth, shut eyes, and breathe in deeply through nose only for 30-60 seconds or more.  Repeat as necessary.
